Basement Remodeling

Joe was very prompt and professional. Their service was excellent. I definitely would recommend iron born contracting!

We had water damage in bathroom. After several contractors we decided to go with ironborn contracting. Best move we made. They made great recommendations and prices were right for us. They were clean, courteous and showed up on time. Our bathroom looks amazing thanks to them. Would Definitely use them again for other projects.

Great general contractor, our kitchen ceiling collapsed and everything was terrible, but Joe was super knowledgeable and helpful, he was able to get our kitchen buttoned up for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using ironborn as our contractors for anything going forward.

Melissa, Joe, Erin and the rest of the crew did a great job remodeling the guest bedroom upstairs in my house. Despite a heat wave and lack of air conditioning on the second floor they completely gutted the walls and ceiling and removed the old carpeting, then added insulation and dry-walled the room and installed LVT flooring. Melissa and Joe were responsive to any questions or concerns I had and I think the end result was a nice room suitable for visitors.

I was very pleased with the project that was completed in my family room. Joe did a great job and I am happy with the results.

I had an ice dam on my roof that caused extensive flooding and damage through the second floor of my house . This was especially devastating as I had already recently completely renovated this home. Ironborn Contracting responded quickly , and immediately thoroughly assessed the damage and prepared a detailed plan of action, including both removing all water damage in the insulation and structures in the attic , completely removing and replacing all drywall in the bedrooms , painting , removing carpeting, replacing much of the woodwork/ and everything else needed to return the space to its original condition. They fit me in very quickly also, because they could see that this had completely disrupted my life and I also had family coming soon from overseas. I was impressed and comforted by their quick response to my situation. They sent various teams who were skilled at the different components of the work, and also sent their manager to review the completed job and see what tweaks might be needed to make it just right. They are a dedicated and caring team.

4 season porch - Ironborn added a custom 4 season porch to our house. They took care of all the licensing, permits, inspections and recommended and coordinated with all subcontractors. They did an excellent job working with us and the rest of team to create a beautiful room They were very efficient and got the project completed very quickly. They were easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly if we had questions. The price they quoted was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any project.

I cannot say enough good things about Ironborn Contracting LLC. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The owner was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the project. He took the time to answer questions, explain the process, and made sure everything was done right. The crew was equally impressive, hardworking, respectful, punctual, and clearly skilled at what they do. They paid attention to every detail, kept the work area organized, and treated my property with care and respect. The quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who values honesty, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship. If you’re looking for a reliable contractor who delivers excellent results and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Ironborn Contracting LLC. I would not hesitate to use them again for future projects. Thank you Joe!!!

Joe and the Ironborn team did a great job putting a bathroom in my basement from scratch! They were very prompt and got the job done quickly, and it came out amazing! If there was ever any sort of concern or decision to be made, Joe always made sure my requests were met or adjusted to help my vision come to life. They even accomodated the project to fit a laundry room attachment and they also took care of replacing my old electric work down there. Everything is exactly as I wanted it and they did it for a great price compared to others in the area. Highly recommend using Ironborn for your project 👍👍

Just had to write this review. During that deep snowfall recently, I was at my wits end on how to get dug out. All my reaching out warranted nothing. Then I found IRONBORN. Within an hour a crew showed up, dug me out and saved the day. I am forever grateful for their help. I will be sure to call on them for future needs.

Fantastic first impression. Had an emergency issue, they had someone to my house within an hour and provided a temporary solution until a permanent fix could be made.

Came out in the middle of a snow storm to check the electric panel and replace a breaker. Best service ever!

I have never worked with a contractor as professional and on the spot as Joe. Everything he said came into fruition. His crew was kind and hardworking. Any project we ever have to do, my first call will be to Joe at Ironborn Contracting.

Contacted Joe before new years about some flashing I needed replaced. Had it done in one day and looks great! Definitely recommend them!

After having another contractor start our basement and leave the job halfway through, we were very nervous about working with another contractor. Joe’s team helped make us feel comfortable the whole way through the process. They finished the job in a timely and efficient manner. We will definitely be using IronBorn again for any other projects

Highest recommendation for Joe and his crew. We had Joe quote us on rebuilding our deck and interior water leak and drywall repairs. They worked fast and knocked it out of the park. We couldn't be happier with how the work turned out. They've got serious knowledge and skills in all kinds of home reno projects. They'll be my first call for any house construction work in the future!

Needed a hot water heater installed with a valve replacement also. They came the next day for me, great communication, very nice but professional and had the most organized trailer I've ever seen. My new go to guys. Very happy with the company.
